- Prepare budgets and projections and other analyses as are necessary to make informed financial and business decisions
- Touring: planning, contract review, show and merch settlement audits, road cash controls/procedures
- Collect, deposit and accurately account for all revenues
- Track and process client expenses
- Tax planning and consulting
- File all necessary local, state, federal and foreign tax returns
- Monitor and audit royalty sources
- Assist the client's agents and representatives (personal manager, agent, attorney, insurance agent, etc.) in making business
decisions on behalf of the client
- Prepare quarterly financial reports for the client which include balance sheets, income statements and the current period's
cash and non–cash transactions
- Meet with client on a regular basis to discuss and review financial reports
- Work with client to develop financial plan and determine realistic and achievable goals
- Investment planning and advisory services
- Assess, monitor and regularly review all risk management/insurance needs
